It seems like a secret and eccentric little corner of Rennes near the ring road, on the outskirts. A bit of a sort of "art refuge". Not very far from the center. Excellent for short stays. I was here for the historic TransMusicales music festival. Quentin is very kind, nice, very unique and full of passion, with excellent English (unlike me haha)

Lofty house with all the comfort just a 10-15 min bus ride away from city center. The place is 82 m2 with 2 bedrooms and a large living room which opens on a 20m2 private terrace. Kitchen fully furnished and equipped with all the utensils you need to cook extensively. The living room has a large and mightily comfortable L shaped couch, a dining table and everything you need to be comfortable.
Immediate neighbourhood is very safe despite appearances. (I once left my phone on its stand in my unlocked car for 3h without it being stolen). It is a residential area where you'll find everything you may need, from supermarkets to banks, pharmacy.. City center is just a 10-15min bus ride away and runs until midnight or even later on weekends.
