The appartement is composed of a cozy living room with a TV, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that can accommodate till five people, spacious bathroom with a shower and a sleeping area with a double bed (140X190cm), a queensize bed (160x200cm) and eventuality of a convertible sofa. As a part of the appartement is a terrasse with its chilling area and a view in the garden and courtyard shared with the owners. Hi! We are Hana & Valentin, the Czech/French couple with two baby girls and the cutest dog ever, Mia. We live in the house just next to the appartement, all the complex was a former printing factory. That’s why it has such an industrial and atypical look. And we absolutely love it! If you have a similar taste, you like to taste a bit of nature in a middle of the city with the industrial touch, you are absolutely welcome! You can speak English, French, Spanish or Czech with us ;)

Chorier-Berriat is a very living neighbourhood with lot of cultural events, CNAC Magasin, the great Center of National Contemporary Art, big music hall La Belle Électrique in all the proximity. You can reach La Bastille from here very quickly and TRAM A is connecting you in few stops with the very center of Grenoble.
