Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, in the commune of Condom, this charming small house of Master built in 1880 and entirely restored in 2003, with swimming pool, of a surface of 240 m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 800 m². You will also benefit from an independent flat with kitchen, living room, bedroom and shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Outside : - A swimming pool (private, not heated) of 5×10 m, covered with a tarpaulin and open from May to October. Dates of opening not contractual. - A beautiful fenced garden of 1 800 m². - Petanque pitch. - Table tennis. - An L-shaped terrace of approx. 60 m² (646 sq ft), facing south, part of which is covered with wisteria and the other with an electric canvas, equipped with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels included. - Pool towels can be provided as an option, to be booked and paid for with the provider on site. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - The fireplace is functional, wood is available, except in the low season and for long stays. - Pets are allowed, please respect the house rules. One animal per stay. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Please respect the house rules which are available in the house.
