Welcome to Chamonix! I am delighted to welcome you in my 25 square meters studio, in a residence with elevator. It is composed of a beautiful living space fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 people. You will be able to enjoy the BALCONY, giving a nice VIEW on the mountains, to relax during beautiful alpine days. Have a great vacation! ## Logement Located in Chamonix, this studio is ideal for nature lovers who want to enjoy mountain activities in all seasons, while still being in the heart of Chamonix. Sunny, with a magnificent VIEW of the Glacier des Bossons and the Mont-Blanc massif, it is very well cared for, perfectly equipped and well-appointed, with a fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, microwave). The living area includes a double bunk bed and a sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. It's ideally located 5-10 minutes' walk from Chamonix's pedestrian street and shops, close to the Pècles spring, famous for its exceptional water quality, and the Gaillands climbing site. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is a 10-15 min walk away, taking you up to the top of the mountain where you can enjoy spectacular views over the valley. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you! For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking ...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
