Property information

This studio, ideally located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure residence, facing the marina. In its main room, we find the open equipped kitchen, a table and chairs and a Murphy bed. A beautiful shower room and its toilet in a separate room. A 5-minute walk away, you can enjoy the beach, the central Halles and 10 minutes from the Malraux museum and the container Catène. You can easily find a restaurant, go shopping or simply stroll around to discover the typical architecture of Le Havre. Ideal for a business stay or as a couple. Telecommuting can be considered!

Neighbourhood information

Positioned at the foot of the Marina, 5 minutes from the beach, the central Halles and 10 minutes from the Malraux museum as well as the container Catène. Within a 10-minute walk, you can easily find a restaurant, go shopping or simply take a walk to discover the typical architecture of Le Havre. In a few minutes on foot you can go to most places to visit or to do your shopping. Electric scooters are self-service for a fee - a location area for these scooters is located at the front and back of the residence. Bus stop behind the residence (Boulevard François 1er). At the exit of the station take the tramway then "terminus plage". The terminus is a few minutes walk from the residence.
