The living area consists of an open-plan fitted kitchen and a bright lounge with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200cm). The bedroom offers a calm and peaceful space, with a comfortable bed (160x200cm), a TV and a small study area. Ideally located close to shops and Paris Metro 7 - Porte d'Italie (10min walk). It is in the 3rd floor without elevator. For your information, the security deposit is made by credit card imprint, the secured amounts are neither blocked nor debited. The credit card limit is therefore not affected.

The flat is located in Kremlin-Bicêtre, with plenty of shops, restaurants and public transport nearby. You'll also find parks and green spaces to stroll around and enjoy the outdoors. In terms of distance from Paris, Le Kremlin-Bicêtre is located in the southern suburbs of the French capital. The exact distance will depend on your specific destination in Paris, but in general you can get to the centre of Paris in around 20-30 minutes by public transport, such as the metro or bus. The nearest metro station is a 10-minute walk away (Line 7 - Porte d'Italie).
