Your holiday home is located in a small Hamlet on the edge of the Commune of Hercé in the Department of Mayenne, Pays de la Loire. 3 km from the Market Town of GORRON, 41 km from the City of Laval. Accessibility – there is one step to access the main entrance from the garden. The front door is wide enough to accommodate wheelchair access into the kitchen/dining area. However, internal doors do restrict normal wheelchair access. Your holiday home has everything that you need for a restful and relaxing stay. A fully fitted kitchen with the comforts of home – A 'range' cooker, microwave, 'Tassimo' pod coffee maker and dishwasher, together with all of the cutlery, pans and utensils that you will need so that your holiday cooking is not a chore and you can release your inner chef. There are televisions in the kitchen and the lounge which have UK 'FreeSat' Satellite television. The lounge television also has a DVD/Blu-ray player. The Kitchen television also has limited terrestrial French channels. Free WiFi is included. The Bedroom is made up for your arrival - Freshly laundered bedding including duvet cover, pillow case and fitted bottom sheet and towels for each guest. There is a separate laundry room shared with the sister property with washing machine, condenser dryer and ironing area. The basement laundry room is accessed by a key code. There is a large fully fenced private garden with gazebo, BBQ and and garden furniture. You have full private access to your holiday home and its private fully fenced garden.

We are a British family living in Germany and have owned a family holiday home (Maison Secondaire) in the beautiful and tranquil northern Mayenne region of France since 2005. In 2018 we decided that we should allow more people to experience the area and found the two wonderful houses that we have renovated and made available for you to experience the area. The idea behind the renovations was to make the houses a 'home for your holiday' with hopefully everything you need for a great visit. As we have dogs and travel with them around Europe, the houses are dog friendly and it was important to us that the gardens were also secure so that you can enjoy your holiday whilst knowing your family pet is also safe.
