In Villers-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer this charming 25 m² apartment for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows: - 12 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A kitchen, open onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob... - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Exterior: - A north-west-facing balcony measuring approx. 1.20x2m, with storage box, table and chairs for enjoying fine weather.
