THE APARTMENT This apartment has the following floor plan: - A spacious open-floor living room with direct access to the terrace, furnished with smart TV, sofa, armchairs, dining table for 6 people, and a large fully equipped open-floor kitchen. - The large East-facing terrace, featuring a breathtaking view of the city of Cannes all the way to the sea, as well as an outdoor dining table (also for 6 people). - A first bedroom with two single beds opening onto a second terrace, this one facing West, for cool mornings even in the middle of summer. - A second bedroom with queen size bed, large closet/dressing, also opening onto the West-facing terrace. - A third bedroom, with a 140cm double bed, opening onto the West-facing terrace as well. - Two shower rooms. - Separate toilets.
