## The space There is a double bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a bigger bedroom with three single beds plus a folding bed (suitable for a child) and a travel cot. There is a large sitting room with dining area; a well equipped modern kitchen; a recently renovated bathroom and separate WC. It is fully centrally heated. There are two balconies, both with spectacular views over the Aravis mountains. There is reliable wi-fi and a CD player. There is no television. There is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided along with a full cleaning service. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot if you wish to use it. We have a spacious “cave” in the basement for storing skis, boots etc. so there is no need to carry skis or boots upstairs. ## Guest access There is no garage but free car parking space is reasonably easy to find nearby. The ski bus stop is right outside. The ride to the Bettex cable car takes around 10 minutes (15 minutes on foot). The Mont Blanc Tramway station is only a short walk away. Please note: There is no lift. Walking up the stairs will keep you fit. Because of the stairs the apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. It is also not suitable for pets. St Gervais les Bains is a beautiful, friendly little town just beneath Mt Blanc. It is ideal for skiing in the winter, for walking and other mountain sports in the summer, or for relaxing any time. The town centre with restaurants, bars and shops is only a 5 minute walk away. There is easy access to the Évasion Mont Blanc ski area, which includes St Gervais, St Nicolas, Mégève, Combloux and Les Contamines, and also to the Les Houches ski area. There is easy access to the Évasion Mont Blanc ski area, which includes St Gervais, St Nicolas, Mégève and Les Contamines, and also to the Les Houches ski area. Saint Gervais is just under an hour’s drive from Geneva Airport, and has good train and coach links. ## Getting around The town centre is in easy walking distance. There is a free ski bus in the ski season which stops right outside the main entrance of Mont Joly. In the summer season this free “Facilibus” service is also available. There is plenty of free parking nearby and in the centre of Saint Gervais. The Mont Blanc Tramway station is just round the corner.
