This spacious, renovated 2-storey house sleeps up to 15 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 4 bunk beds. There is also a semi-private area with a double bed in the games room. Additional beds are located in the upstairs games room: a sofa bed, a single bed and 2 bunk beds. There are 2 umbrella beds for the little ones. The games room has a table tennis table, table football, a large shelf of books, magazines and board games, a desk and a TV. There is a bathroom/WC on each floor and an additional WC on the ground floor. The surface area of the gîte is 240 m2. The kitchen opens to the west. The main room of 56 m2 has a sitting area, a fireplace and a dining room with a table for 14 and a table for 6. The kitchen has an oven, a top cooker, a dishwasher, a sink and storage space for crockery. The utility room has 2 fridges, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large sink and plenty of storage space. 2 terraces one to the south with 2 tables and chairs and parasols and hammocks (nice season) and one to the west with garden furniture, a pond for fishing, a sandbox for the little ones, a space to play "les boules", the garden allow to explore and relax on 4220m2. We offer eco-gite services: the cleaning company only uses organic products, the linen has just been changed to organic cotton, as well as the basic products of the house. All waste is recycled, Claude on site will guide you through the sorting. You will only pay for the energy consumed for heating: meter readings are made on arrival and departure and the charges (fuel and wood) are to be paid on site at the end of your stay.

At the tip of the Massif Armoricain, at the junction of the three départements of Sarthe, Orne and Mayenne, the Alpes Mancelles offer an oasis of unspoilt nature.
