After climbing the 2 floors of our condominium, you'll find yourself in a charming apartment in the heart of Saint Just, in an old, typically Lyonnais building. Its style and ambience will make your stay in the heart of the capital of the Gauls atypical: ideal for a tourist visit to discover Lyon, a business trip or a romantic weekend away. The apartment features a large, cosy living room with flat-screen TV and WIFI, a fully-equipped kitchen, a quiet bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower. WIFI is available, and bed linen and towels are included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a Traveler's Guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses. Entrance to the premises is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a connected lock. Checkout is scheduled until 11am maximum on the day of your departure. ** Our extras ** Late check-out until 1pm possible for an additional 18E (request to be made the day before at the latest). Linen surcharges apply if 2 people each wish to use double bedding. Example: if 2 people each wish to use double bedding, the supplement is 18e for the stay. The entire Memorable Place team is committed to providing you with the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and used linen. As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment, as is smoking inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
