## The space This pretty studio located on the 5th floor in the center of Juan les Pins offers an exceptional location to enjoy your stay. Close to all amenities, this 25 m2 studio is composed as follows: - Entrance with storage - Bathroom with bathtub, sink, washing machine, drying rack, WC - Living room with 1 140x190cm sofa bed, TV, / dining area with table for 2 people - Fully equipped independent kitchen with microwave, 2 hotplates, small fridge, toaster - terrace accessible from the living room and the kitchen with outdoor furniture - secure residence ## Guest access Travelers have access to the entire accommodation. ## Guest interaction Travelers will be in contact with our agency based in Antibes throughout their stay to ensure the smooth running of their vacation. You will need to contact us at the latest the day before your arrival in order to agree on a precise arrival time so that someone can come and give you the keys. If you wish to arrive outside the time slot, please contact the agency to see the possibilities. ## Other things to note A sheet kit will be given per bed on arrival (depending on the number of travelers noted on the reservation). One towel will be given per person upon arrival. Mid-stay cleaning is possible. Please contact the agency to obtain a quote for this additional service. Beach towels are not provided.
