Bright studio with three windows overlooking the street, the First is a studio decorated in a wilderness style. Upon entering, you will find a bench seat, a dining area, a Queen Size bed (160*200cm) with new bedding. The kitchen is open and fully equipped to allow you to cook with ease: oven, microwave, stove, Nespresso machine and kettle. For your entertainment, you will have a TV with Netflix access and national channels through the Molotov application. In the bathroom, relax in the bathtub... WC in the bathroom All bed linen and towels are provided. The entrance is done in an autonomous way thanks to our key box, accessible from 4 pm. No worries for a very late arrival. Several free parking lots are located a few minutes away on foot: Chantereyne pool parking, the Grand Perroquet. You are 5 min from Naval Group, 4 min from the city center, the theater square, 20 min from the Cité de la Mer. A few things to know: The neighborhood is lively, especially on weekends. Stairs to the first floor are narrow and a bit steep.
