Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Our apartment is located on the second and last floor of an old small building in the city centre of Poitiers very close to the Cordeliers shopping centre, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to Council House and the market. The Futuroscope is a 20 minutes drive from the apartment.

Our place is located on the second and last floor of an old building. The neighbourhood is usually pretty quiet during the day and at night even though you are in the CBD. The location is ideal for walking around Poitiers. Our place is located 3 minutes walk from the Cordeliers shopping centre and less than 10 minutes from the train station. The Futuroscope is about 20 minutes drive and to park your car, you can either use the secured parking from the Poitiers Theatre (TAP) which is 100 m from the apartment or you can park on the street. Street parking needs to be paid Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and 2 pm and 7 pm. It is free outside those hours as well as on Sundays and Public Holidays.
