In Cannes bld du midi facing the sea with direct sea view and gardens views, comfortable T2, air conditioned, fully renovated, secure, luxury residence closed and guarded, private parking. Internet / efficient box. Surface 47m², one bedroom with a bed 140x190, a bunk bed with 2 beds 190x90 in the corridor and one sofa bed 140x190 in the living room. Facing the sea 50m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Cannes. Bocca Cabana promenade, cycle path opposite. Airport 20 km, train stations and shops nearby. Palmbus and bus stop opposite. Weekly rentals, long stays: contact us. Linen and cleaning at the exit included. Tourist tax included. Household and intermediate linen on request. NO SMOKING, pets not accepted
The Cannes region is magnificent with its beaches, villages, hills and mountains. We have acquired 2 apartments: a studio in Mandelieu La Napoule and a T2 in Cannes with all mod cons and we will have the joy of making you discover it.
