The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, dining seating for four, a sitting room with gas fire and a Smart TV with Sky and Netflix, a snug with TV, a games room with pool table, and a mezzanine with futon. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a double with en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
