The open-plan living space in this single-storey, detached cottage has a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker, a dining table for four guests, and a sitting area with a TV. Guests have access to a shared laundry room. There is one double bedroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a garden with barbecue and furniture, a communal lawn, and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.2 miles, there is a shop, within 1.1, a pub, and within 1.8, a beach. Please note, pets and smoking are not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Crackington Haven, Boscastle, King Arthur's castle at Tintagel, Doc Martin's Port Wenn at Port Isaac, and Polzeath are along the opposite coast.
