The house is just 8years old, fully electric heating in every room, a very warm cosy house
due to it being very well insulated. You have a quiet dinning area outside (weather permitting ) for 4 people. The neighbour’s are
friendly and quiet. All our previous guest have
loved the place, and we’re sure you will too.
My wife Carol does all the house cleaning and laundry . We live just 10 minutes away , so should any problems arise, we can be called app on to help.
Our house is situated just 5 minute walk from the town centre , with all the cafe’s and bar’s
too suit all tastes. You have your own Free safe off road parking bay at the property. The Abbey ruins are opposite, while the Tor is a 20 minute walk away. We also have Wells cathedral or Shapwick bird reserve just a short 15 drive.
