Auld Norlande is situated in the centre of Lerwick, with the King Harold flower parks on your door step and within a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The location is also on the door step of the Lerwick Up Helly Aa with 1000 burning torches marching past the guest house on route to burning their Galley in January every year. This is also the same at the mid summers Carnival with floats and foot collectors, singing and dancing past our door step too. We are situated across the road from the Islesburgh centre where Shetlands biggest music festivals happen in May and October over one weekend.
