The property is located on a working farm. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply. Only dogs allowed at the property. The Wi-fi is very poor at the moment BT are trying to fix this. There is a BT hot spot which guests can sign up to, but if they have a BT account they can log into.Please note: No smoking or e-cigarettes anywhere on site.
