Situated in the historic village of Lofthouse on the boarder of Wakefield and Leeds, our luxury home is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. WHAT GUESTS LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY Our home has been purposely built for short term stays and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The 3 bedrooms all include a comfortable double bed, clothes storage, Smart TV with Netflix and Freeview channels. Each room has a convenient en suite shower room, with their own easy to use high tech bathroom mirror with lighting, nightlight, demist setting and Bluetooth speaker allowing guests to enjoy their favorite tunes whilst they freshen up or wind down. A desk and chair is made available in our master suite, providing guests with a suitable space for remote working. A fully functional kitchen is made available to guests with all the necessary appliances and a relaxing dining area to enjoy a meal together. Off road parking for 2 vehicles is made available, with further on street parking to the side of the property providing ample safe parking.

LOCATION SECTION Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the boarder of Wakefield and Leeds, with local pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops (including a COOP offering a robot delivery service) within walking distance and only a short drive to the M62 via junction 29 and the M1 via junction 42 providing excellent access to both cities. Wakefield's vibrant city centre is just 10 minutes away showcasing a diverse nightlife, the popular Hepworth gallery, both Trinity Walk and The Riding's shopping centre's and a delicious choice of international cuisine. Leeds City Centre is only 20 minutes away with a range of popular attractions, heavenly cuisine, live entertainment and both designer and mainstream shopping. With reliable public transport servicing the area, you can leave the car at home if desired. Yorkshires excellent motorway network is on our doorstep, providing convenient access to Bradford, York, Huddersfield, Castleford, Doncaster, Pontefract and Sheffield. The beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park is just an hours drive away.
