This secluded lodge Located in Hickstead, West Sussex, moments away from The All England Jumping Course. Set in the grounds of the owner’s home, it is able to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people or a family of 3, and even offers guests use of a private lake for fishing if you hold a rod license. Car parking on site, maximum of 2 vehicles the first one is free, additional is chargeable. It’s situated in half way between Gatwick airport and Brigton (20mins), there is a local pub and shops nearby and many tourist attractions. with a modern 43” HDR Smart TV, Super-fast Fibre Wi-Fi access and free Netflix films. The whole lodge has under floor heating but also an air conditioner when needed. It has a private entrance and patio area surrounded with bamboos, outdoor seating and dinning area and BBQ facilities for hire. The bespoke lodge has a homely, cosy and warm atmosphere and faces due south which allows for breakfast on the secluded patio in warmer weather. Comfortable bedroom with a double bed; a dressing table and wardrobe; a smart tv. 
Cosy living room has a flat smart TV, a comfortable sofa can turned to a bed. A fitted kitchen with hobs and oven, microwave, toaster, small fridge/frizzer, and necessary utensils. Bathroom has a walk in shower. The cottage is ideally for 2 business travellers, couples, solo adventurers or a family of three.

An excellent area to be bicyclist and walker's paradise, and also conveniently close to the coast and Brighton is just 8 miles away, takes 15 minutes to Gatwick airport and 45 minutes to London Heathrow. A local pub "Castle INN" is next to the stop serving excellent drinks and food, and a lovely restaurant whether you want a sit in meal or just a takeaway form the Lodge. The Services (Waitrose) , Starbucks and Burger King are just around the corner. Tesco Superstore is 10 minutes driving, and also there is a gym and car hire company are next door. Beach is just 12.5 miles, and there is so many beautiful places to visit nearby and a great area for horse-riding, walking or cycling. For a long team stay please contact me directly for a discount!!!
