Apartment 4 is a first-floor apartment. The living space is open plan, consisting of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining table for two and a sitting area with a Smart TV. There is one double bedroom serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is off-road parking with EV charging and communal gardens. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent.
