This is ideally located for a short walk into town and the train station, with a train ride into London taking less than an hour. The off-road parking was spot on, as was the room itself. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. However, the highlight was the staff! We arrived late but received a very warm welcome, including a lovely welcome letter from the owner who was unable to greet us due to our late arrival. When we did meet the owner, she couldn't have been anymore friendly and accommodating. So happy, and we will most definitely return.

Run superbly efficiently, this B&B is excellent. My room was characterful and very clean, my bed comfortable and the shower - always important for me - was big enough and worked well. I was not expecting breakfast, but was told that a light continental-style one was available - cereals, fruit and toast with tea/coffee - was available if I wished on a self-service basis. The owner was friendly and welcoming and I would willingly stay again if in the area.

Room was clean, very quiet have stayed there before and would stay again plenty of off road parking near to the town centre near to the river Nene also which allowed for some nice walks.
