Bay View Cottage is a ground-floor property resting within the town of Wormit. It houses four bedrooms, comprising of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC, a shower room and a separate cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room and a kitchen/diner.
