Beachside Apartment is a beautifully presented apartment in the North Sovereign Harbour development. It is just a stones throw from the glorious beaches of Eastbourne and just 5 minutes to the 'Waterfront' retail park. The 'Waterfront' retail park has a selection of delicious restaurants and cafes, as well as a shops, a gym, supermarket and a chemist. This relaxing property offers a luxury getaway for couples/friends looking to enjoy the wonders of this fantastic seaside town. Central Eastbourne is just a short 15 minute car journey away, or on a nice summers day a 30 minute stroll along the promenade. The property benefits from a flexible bedroom that can either be setup as a super-king bed or two singles.
