The living areas in the detached, single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people and a sitting area with a Smart TV, selection of books and games. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room and two twins, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawned and decked areas, along with furniture, alongside off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.6 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.2, a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available. Chirnside is situated on a bluff above the River Whiteadder, with breathtaking views of the Cheviot and Lammermuir Hills. A 16th century dovecot and a lovely parish church, thought to date back to the 12th century, are just two of the village's many notable landmarks.
