Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.

We will only do this as a last resort and if we must then we only do so with all our customers health and safety in mind. If we do have to take such measures we cannot offer any compensation or refunds on residential or leisure bookings.
