The location is perfect with so much right on your doorstep: shops, bars, restaurants, the seafront, the pier, Brighton Palace, the high street and its amazing shops and The Lanes full of interesting boutiques - it's all right there for you. Being located on the third floor means that you can step off the bustling streets and retreat up to your welcoming apartment. Inside the galley kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal at home. The lounge has a tv, a dining table to seat 4, and a sofa. Both bedrooms are similar in size, each with a comfortable & generous king sized bed and plenty of room to hang up your going-out gear. The shower room is separate from the toilet room - always a bonus great when sharing the place with your friends.

This apartment is located on St. James's Street which is only one street away from the seafront and right in the heart of Brighton. It is a vibrant area with lots going on and lots to enjoy. As your hosts we are on hand if you need anything at any time and otherwise we'll leave you to your own devices to have fun. We run a fitness studio 15mins walk away and we love Brighton to bits. Set right in the heart of Brighton in an area with a relaxed and fun vibe. There’s a great choice of quality cafe's, bars, pubs and stores just around the corner. The locals are gorgeously friendly and at the end of the road is the sea - with amazing views across the beach and the pier (which is only 2 mins walk) and the marina (which is a lovely stroll along the promenade). The perfect mix of city & beach living.
