There are superb family friendly facilities onsite including outdoor and indoor swimming pools, tennis courts, play areas, café offering takeaway food, bar and restaurant all onsite. The kitchen area includes an integrated oven, hob & cooker hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The large open plan ground floor offers an ideal space for families and groups with three large sofas, TV, coffee table, dining table and chairs for 8 people. One of the four bedrooms which has a comfy king size bed is located downstairs along with a shower room/wc. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor along with a spacious bathroom/wc with Spa style bath and a separate shower cubicle. The master King size bedroom upstairs has an en-suite shower room and features a Juliet balcony overlooking the maintained grounds. A central heating system and the UPVC double glazed windows and doors provides warmth all year round. There is a paved terrace to the front of the house which has a lovely picnic table for outside dining leading onto the communal grounds. All bedding, towels and a tea towel are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. Pets are welcome to stay in this property. Please confirm if you would like to bring a pet with you when you book. There have many dog friendly beaches locally to explore such as Polyjoke, Holywell and Crantock. The site is fully Dog friendly except the indoor pool and gym area. You will have free access to the indoor/outdoor pool and gym throughout your stay.
