Close to excellent local amenities, transport links and a two-minute walk to the avenues. Hull University is also only a 10 minute walk away if you are visiting family that study here. Park here for free. Accessible Routes: We have identified and maintained accessible routes throughout the property. These would be difficult for wheelchair users to evacuate in case of an emergency. These routes are regularly inspected and kept clear of obstructions.

The property is just a 2 min walk to enjoy the many popular bistros, restaurants and bars in the lively Newland Avenue area, yet far enough away to have a quiet retreat. Close to Hull University (10 min walk) and 5 minutes by road to Hull City Centre. The MKM Stadium is only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away. Parking is on street parking with no restrictions or permits required. Taxi services are easy to come by in the area due to the many restaurants and bars near bar. Newland Avenue has many bus routes which operate. The closest train station will be the city centre (Hull Paragon) which is about an 8 minute drive.
