It is located just by East Midlands airport, and East Midlands Parkway rail station which has links to London, Leicester, and Nottingham. There is a nice choice of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, where you can grab a good English breakfast and hearty lunch! Loughborough is a 15 minute drive, where there is a shopping centre, and university. Nottingham university is also 20 minutes away.
