Built in 2010, the house is cosy in winter and cool in summer. It is fitted with modern appliances and secure doors and windows. The room is light and airy and a great space to relax and unwind after a long day. Bathroom essentials, fresh towels & linen and tea & coffee making facilities are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Super-fast fibre broadband is provided on a secure guest network and is openly available for guests to use during their stay. The bathroom is shared with one other guest room.

Long Eaton is a bustling market town situated mid-way between Nottingham & Derby and is an extremely popular place to live. West Park is a few minutes away, it is great for a relaxing walk and is very popular with runners. West Park Leisure Centre has a fantastic swimming pool and gym which is available to non-members and there is outdoor gym equipment dotted around the park too. There is a selection of great bars and cafes nearby, notably the Sawley Junction Micro Pub and Long Eaton Farm Shop. Long Eaton town centre has a variety of pubs and restaurants, a highlight being the Butcher's Bar & Steakhouse. Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Express and Londis are a within a 5min walk with Tesco and Asda superstores 5mins by car. The Attenborough Nature Reserve is a short drive away or you can cycle down the canal path via Trent Lock, where there is several character pubs and restaurants.
