Duart At The Sea is a semi-detached annex with one double bedroom. There's an open-plan kitchenette fully equipped with an electric hob/oven/grill, fridge/freezer box, microwave, toaster, and a living/diner with a TV and sofa that can be mounted as double bed upon request. There's a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a utility room with washer & dryer, sink and storage that is shared with the owners. Amenities include oil central heating, WiFi, bed and linen. Outside there's off-road parking for one car, a picnic bench seating area at the front, and open garden and bench at the rear. Ramped rear door access into reception hallway. Sorry, no pets. Closest shop is in 10.6 miles, pub in 3.6 miles. Note: The property has a locked door leading to the owner's home. Note: Shared use of the utility room with the owners. Surrounded by dramatic, unspoilt scenery of the Scottish Highlands, John o' Groats is a village known for its 'end of the road' location in an area rich in history, culture, wonderful amenities and an abundance of wildlife.
