Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, 24" Freeview TV, DVD Player Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Shower Seat Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, 24" Freeview TV, DVD Player Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds, 24" Freeview TV Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. External laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site, at cost).. Enclosed decked area with garden furniture to front. Grassed area to rear (shared with other properties on-site). &frac12; acre grounds with play area (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Eldin Hall Cottages are set in a peaceful area and have been added more recently to the restored old Victorian waterworks. The four cottages have their own enclosed decked patios with garden furniture, and The Gatehouse has its own enclosed private lawned garden. There is also a shared garden with a fantastic play area for the children. The owners, who just 10 minutes away, will be there to greet guests whenever possible, and are available any time to provide information and assistance when it is required. Situated between Cayton and Cayton Bay, the cottages are an ideal base to visit the east coast, North York Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds. The beach at Cayton Bay is less than a mile away (2 miles by road) and just a little further up the coast is the popular seaside town of Scarborough.
