Property information

Spacious, 4 bedroom detached holiday home with superb views of the sand dunes, village, beach and sea at Perranporth. Awarded 5 star by The AA , the standard of finish and it’s location and views will make this one of the most sort after holiday homes in Perranporth! On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen fully equipped with everything you’d need for a self catering holiday, an oven, hob, dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, etc. There is a separate utility room off of the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer and additional cupboards and units for storage. The dining area is spacious with a large dining table and chairs to seat 8 comfortably. There are views across the dunes, village and out to sea from here! The lounge has been comfortably furnished to seat 8 and has a large TV and DVD player and also enjoys those spectacular views! A conservatory leads off of the lounge and out to the garden which is a real sun trap throughout the afternoon and evening. Downstairs there is also a w/c There are 4 bedrooms, with an ensuite shower and a super king sized bed, another with a king, one with 2 singles and another with a double bed

Neighbourhood information

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
