It also comes with an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a gravel and patio area to the rear of the cottage. A terrific property in a great location. Note: Due to river on site, children must be supervised at all This property does NOT have an electric vehicle charging point. If you wish to charge your electric vehicle via a three-pin domestic plug socket, permission will need to be granted in advance by the owner and a supplementary charge of 20.00 will need to be paid in advance of your arrival.

Neighbourhood information

Bellingham is set alongside the River North Tyne and is said to be sited on a Roman Station. The market town offers a 12th century church, 30ft waterfall and is also on the edge of Northumberland National Park, with Hadrian’s Wall just a short drive away. Enjoy horse riding, wildlife, a round of golf and walking in the country.
