Goodwins' is a spacious, two bedroomed house in a convenient position for cads to surrounding areas and the National Forest. It is within walking distance of the town centre and also the pottery museums. We have 3 network 5G wifi and a smart TV. There is parking on the front of the house and also at the side, as well as a car port with gates. A very quiet neighbourhood, but very convenient whatever the reason for your stay with us. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then ensure you receive your check in details before arrival. Please make sure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in. Swadlincote is recorded in th doomsday book in 1086, it was part of the parish of Gresley more recently known as Church Gresley. Goodwins is located in a quiet residential area, close to dry ski slope and a short distance from Champney's day spa and Conkers. From the kitchen window, a tall chimney is visible. From the property, this is a 5 minute walk, there is a Morrisons supermarket, an eatery, cinema and a gym.
