With a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area, comfortable bedroom and modern bathroom, London Avenue has ample space for two. The apartment also boasts private on-site parking. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.​
