A beautiful cosy 2 bed cottage, set on gold street in Stalbridge. This cottage has the original flag ship stone flooring in the living room, with plenty of space for 4 people to come and relax in the country side. There is a pub just down the hill from the cottage (not even a 5 minute walk). Plenty of takeaways with in walking distance and an Indian restaurant. There is also an independent supermarket, which has a little cafe inside, as well as having country walks right on your door step!

I have lived in Dorset for over 10 years after living in busy towns and cities. I love country life so much now I can’t imagine ever leaving! We brought Hurst Cottage and re renovated it, we lived there for a while, so the cottage is very special to us. My husband and I now have a little boy and we moved to create a family home in Okeford Fizpaine. We considered letting the cottage out full time, but always wanted to do air b&b, as felt the cottage is a perfect little getaway, allowing visitors to escape in the countryside- so we took the plunge and here we are!

Gold street is one of the oldest streets in Stalbridge, it’s full of houses with so much charter! If you drive there is on street parking, we have never struggled for a space!
