Come and unwind as a couple or a family in this spacious lodge that sleeps up to 6. This home from home really is the perfect get away location and with a hot tub on the back decking, you can relax whilst watching the sunset! Only built in 2022, this luxury holiday lodge can sleep up to 6 and is situated on Pendle View Holiday Park which boast 3 beautiful lakes and the most amazing views of Pendle Hill and the Ribble Valley area. It simply is stunning! Inside the lodge, you will find 2 bedrooms each fitted with TV's. The master bedroom comes with a double bed wet room style en-suite with the other bedroom comes with 2 single beds and is situated directly across from the main bathroom. The main bathroom is fitted with a shower AND bath for those who want to unwind in a soapy bath! Both bedrooms come complete with bedding and bathrooms with towels, toilet paper and toiletries. A sofa bed in the living area allow for up to 6 people to stay. The living area is open plan and and features a smart TV, large corner sofa, smaller 2 person sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and washing machine plus a dining table for use at your pleasure. At the rear of the lodge, there is a hot tub on private decking which seats up to four people with amazing views of the sunset and one of the lakes. At the front of the property, you will find more private decking with a seating area that gives unrivaled views of Pendle Hill. As a guests of the park, you will be able to access the lakes and beautiful walks around the park. Situated in the Ribble Valley it is only an hours drive to Manchester, Blackpool or the Lake District. More locally, the villages of Barrow and Whalley offer plenty to do and are situated less than 1 mile away. In Whalley, you will find Abbey amongst tearooms and ample independent shops including the famous Whalley Wine Bar that recently won The Best Local Wine Shop in the country. The town of Clitheroe is situated only 2 miles away and along with a castle, has some lovely shops along the high street where you can eat, drink and shop! For the keen golfers, Clitheroe Golf Club is nearby where you can enjoy a round at one of Lancashire's finest courses. Furthermore, Harris Fitness, Ribble Valleys most popular Gym and Fitness Centre, is less than a 5 minute walk away. For those that enjoy dining out in the evening, you can find Northcote Manor (Michelin Star) and The Freemasons at Wiswell (winner of multiple awards) both within a 10 minute drive of the park. Alongside these fine dining experiences, the Ribble Valley has an abundance of excellent pub and restaurants.
