Cloakroom with WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed Bedroom 3 with bunk beds and a single bed . Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is a garden to the front and enclosed westerly rear garden. The front garden has a bench for sitting and the rear enclosed garden has a patio area.
