This bright and spacious apartment is only a stone's throw away from Liverpool's most popular shopping district Liverpool ONE. It is in fact just a short stroll to everything in the city centre as it is so central making it perfect for leisure or business travellers! ACC Centre, Echo Arena, Albert Dock and many restaurants on our doorstep. A huge smart TV with Netflix, well equipped modern kitchen and contemporary bathrooms provide a great base to ensure a comfortable stay in Liverpool! Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The apartment is within a residential building and all neighbours are quiet and respectful so we ask that our guests reciprocate this too. The apartment is within walking distance of all Liverpool's city centre attractions, however, if you fancy venturing further afield then all transport links are nearby. There is Liverpool ONE Bus Station only 2 minute walk away and Liverpool Lime Street Train Station 10 minute walk away.
