2 Sandringham Chase is located close to the 5* facilities at Patrington Haven Leisure Park & with beautiful views across the lake, this holiday home is in the perfect location on the park. Sleeping up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, with a private garden, hot tub, large decking area with outdoor seating and private parking space, this is a great choice for families, couples and friends looking for their next break away. Close to several other properties for group bookings. Guests can park directly outside the holiday home (there is additional parking at The Country Club which is a couple of minutes walk away) There is a private garden with hot tub and a large decking area to the front of the property with outdoor seating where guests can relax, and enjoy beautiful views across the lake. The open plan layout of the holiday home gives it a spacious feel. The kitchen/diner has everything you need to enjoy a self catering stay, with oven and hob, microwave, integrated full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and a dining table with seating for 4. The lounge has a large sofa with reclining options, a chair, coffee table and wall mounted smart TV. Wifi is included in your stay. Patio doors in the lounge open up on to the decking at the front of the property. There are two bedrooms, the master double has an ensuite toilet and there is a twin room with two single beds. The family shower room is accessible from the hallway. With 4 other holiday homes on the same road (one next door, one opposite) and 20 holiday homes in total managed by Lets Host on the Patrington Haven site, this is the perfect choice for larger groups of friends / family travelling together.

Patrington Haven Leisure Park, in East Yorkshire is set in 40 acres of countryside. Guests can relax on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake, while the children play on the park. Please note the Country Club on the site suffered a fire recently and is currently closed for refurbishment. This means there is no bar / restaurant / pool on site. There is however a fishing lake and children's playpark. Patrington Haven leisure Park (unrelated to the Haven group) is in a small village with it's own local pub (The Burns Head just at the bottom of the site drive). A little further down the road is the larger village of Patrington with facilities including a fish and chip shop, Amy's bar and kitchen, Cakey Bakey coffee shop, Nisa grocery store, petrol station, bakery and more. A 10 minute drive away is the seaside town of Withernsea with award winning blue flag beach. There are several more beaches all within half an hours drive. Approximately 30 minute drive in the other direction is the City of Hull.
