The living areas in this lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer, a dining area for four and a sitting area with TV, electric fire and sofa bed. There is one double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room, there is a ground-floor shower room available as well. Outside there is a private, enclosed garden with lawn, gravelled area, deck with furniture and hot tub, there is also parking available in the on-site car park. Within 4.6 miles there is a shop and 0.1 an on-site pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The River Great Ouse flows through the historic town of King's Lynn, which dates back to the 12th century. Grand merchant houses, art galleries, museums, and Henry Bell's 1683 Custom House—all Grade I listed—make the town a history buff's dream. The West Norfolk coastline is only a short drive away, as is much of the surrounding Norfolk countryside, which has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For its sunsets and beaches, Hunstanton is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Norfolk. Several locations along the coast offer boat trips, and the Norfolk Coast Cycleway connects King's Lynn with Cromer.
