The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. The card used for the pre-authorisation and any prepayment of the apartment rate must be the same. The Property will require a photo ID (passport or drivers license) the card used to make the booking upon check-in.

As a guarantee against extra charges/damage fees, a credit card number and/or pre-authorisation may be required at check-in.

Please be aware that Marlin operates a strict no-party, no-gathering policy, guests who are believed to be hosting a party will be removed by our 24-hour security team and charged in full for their booked stay, security costs and will be fully liable for any service recovery costs in relation to other guests/residents.

Please ensure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged a penalty.

In the event of non-arrival on your booked arrival date, failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being cancelled.
