This one bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people. It is situated in the ground floor. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, waredrobe, 54” plasma TV and an ensuite, a lounge with a 50” TV, kitchen/dinner with a sofa bed that turns into a double bed. All 100% white cotton bed lining and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, toasted etc.... There is free on road parking, normally spaces outside the apartment available. It is on a main bus route and is opposite a park and a gym with swimming pool which you can pay as you go...(no membership needed)

Situated in a great location, opposite a gym, park and is great area for commuting. It’s 10 minutes away for city centre; 10 minutes from fosse park. It is also on a main bus route. Also there are shops and amenities nearby. There is also free street parking outside the property.
