Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024 Availability! Our semi detached house is modern with contemporary artwork throughout and vibrant colours. A very well thought out space with lots of natural light. Downstairs is a large and socialable space. It benefits from a double bedroom with TV. Next to it is a bathroom with wet room. There is a space in the bedroom with a desk and chair to create a workspace if required. The downstairs layout is open plan with a vibrant decor and colourful artwork throughout. The kitchen is bright and modern overlooking the dining area. Downstairs is a second small lounge with seating around a TV. At the back on the property is the spacious lounge with a TV and patio doors to the garden. The garden is split level. Please watch young children if they are playing on the grassed area as it is split level does not have a fence. Garden furniture is supplied for guests to use on the patio. Upstairs are two bedrooms. At the back of the house, overlooking the garden is a light and spacious twin and the second bedroom is located at the front of the house with a kingsize bed. This is a light and spacious room with a TV. On this floor there is a modern family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. The house is dog friendly and can accommodate one dog - we ask if you keep your dog to the downstairs area only and toilet out the front of the house rather than in the back garden. Guests have use of the entire house. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied, subject to availability, if requested in advance. The house is located in a residential area, just a 15 minute walk North of Chichester town centre. With it's own driveway, two cars can park on the drive outside the house and permit street parking is located nearby, along with other free parking in streets. A welcome pack is left out for our guests upon arrival. If you are booking for arrival today please note we do not accept same day bookings after 6pm.

The house is ideally situated only a 15 minute walk from Chichester town centre with its many shops, restaurants, museums and cafes. If you are looking for a place to stay whilst attending a Goodwood event - the house is only a 12 minute drive from Goodwood Motor Circuit, House and Horse Racing. There are many taxi companies operating in the area, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help in organising this. There is an abundance of things to do locally - The countryside in the beautiful South Downs National Park and the south coast are within a short drive as are the towns and cities of Arundel, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth with outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays. A car is not essential with this property as there is a bus and train station in Chichester if you wish to explore further afield. The number 60 bus stop is a 10 minute walk away and from here you can get to Midhurst. There are two One Stop convenience stores, both within a 10 minute walk. Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens are all a short walk away and offer stunning views of this historic city. Located just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Chichester, the house is situated in a residential area with it's own driveway for two cars and on street parking nearby.
