We welcome you to our beautiful airy double aspect bedroom with en-suite shower room. As of 14th May 2024 we now have a super king size bed which can be separated into twin beds by request with the option to add a small single bed or travel cot. Our upstairs bedroom is only a 12 minute walk to Hykeham Train Station and a 3 min walk to the main bus stop with buses running into Lincoln City Centre taking only 25 minutes. Within the room we will provide you with your own key, fresh towels, shampoo/shower gel, kettle, tea/coffee, computer desk and 1 free parking space.
